Rescan your plugin folders first — most DAWs cache the list and won’t look again until told. We ship VST3, AU, and AAX; make sure your DAW loaded the format it actually supports, not the one it found first. Still dark? Pull the installer log from the Knowledgebase article “NO SIGNAL: PLUGIN NOT DETECTED” and attach it to a ticket. We read logs. It’s kind of our thing.

Every unit is hand-assembled, QC-tested, and serial laser-etched before it leaves the bench. Current lead time is 2–3 weeks for pedals and amps, 4–6 weeks for the ShadowStalker and BusyBox. You’ll get a serial number the day yours hits the soldering station. We don’t sell what we haven’t built.

Hardware: 30 days, any reason, full refund — you cover return freight, we cover the rest. Software: 14 days if the license hasn’t been activated on a second machine. USB-C on the back panel. Hold the bypass switch while powering on to enter bootloader mode — the LED goes solid amber. Run the flasher from the Knowledgebase (“FIRMWARE: FLASHING PROCEDURE”), don’t unplug mid-write, and don’t use a charge-only cable. If the LED is blinking three times and stopping, that’s a checksum fail: re-download the image and try again.

Yes. Each key authorizes two machines. Deactivate the old one from the License Keys panel and the slot frees up instantly. Machine died before you could deactivate? Open a ticket with your order number and we’ll clear it manually. We’re not going to hold your license hostage over a fried motherboard.

We do. Bench rate is flat, quoted before we touch it, and includes a full QC pass — not just the fault you reported. If a repair costs more than the unit is worth, we’ll tell you and offer credit toward a new one instead. Schematics for every product we’ve ever shipped are on file. Nothing we built is unfixable.
